Give your team its hours back.

Loop Forward builds automations for the repetitive work that eats a team's week: data entry, reporting, chasing follow-ups, copying information from one tool into another. I ran operations for fourteen years before I started building these, so I know that work from the inside.

A calm, organised desk

The dull, time-consuming work, taken care of.

Not AI for the sake of it. Small, reliable automations that give hours back to people who already have enough on.

Lead & prospect researchPipeline

Leads found, enriched and sorted automatically, instead of across twenty browser tabs.

CRM cleanup & enrichmentClean data

A messy contact base tidied into something you can trust, and kept that way without anyone minding it.

Automated reportingVisibility

Revenue, pipeline and KPIs pulled into one report that refreshes itself.

Inbox & workflow automationLess retyping

Routine emails sorted and drafted, and your tools connected so nobody types the same thing twice.

Process automationReliability

A manual, multi-step process turned into something that runs the same way every time.

Simple AI assistantsCapacity

An assistant that handles common questions or drafts a first version, without hiring anyone.

A few recent builds.

01Sales pipeline

A boutique coworking operator

The team was spending its days finding and chasing prospects by hand. I built a pipeline that sources and enriches leads, ranks them, sends a personalised first message and handles the follow-ups. The team now only steps in when someone replies.

Prospecting, outreach and follow-up run without anyone touching them.

02Reporting

A European D2C brand

Their numbers sat in several tools, and someone rebuilt the weekly report by hand every Monday. I connected the sources, built one dashboard and automated the refresh and delivery. The report now lands in Slack each morning.

A weekly manual report became a daily brief that sends itself.

03Worked example

A commodity brokerage

Not a client, but a good illustration of an end-to-end build: an agent on Hermes and n8n that reads market signals, matches them to live opportunities and drafts the relevant emails in Gmail for the desk to check and send.

Hermesn8nGmail

The kind of end-to-end agent I build around one specific workflow.

Three ways to work together.

A

By the session

Coaching sessions

For teams who would rather build it themselves. We design and build the automations together, live, so your team can run and extend them without me afterwards.

B

Fixed scope

Project-based

One specific automation, scoped and built end to end for a fixed price. You get a working system, plain-language documentation and full ownership. No lock-in.

C

Monthly

Retainer / ongoing

A part-time automation lead. I keep what we have built running, improve it and add new pieces as they come up, month to month.

The approach

The simplest thing that works.

Most automations don't need an AI agent. A reliable script, a no-code workflow or a plain rule usually does the job faster, cheaper and with less to go wrong. I'm not tied to any model or tool, so I pick whatever does the job reliably at the lowest cost, and wherever possible that means the tools your team already uses. Nothing new to learn, nothing extra to pay for.

About

Pierre, founder of Loop Forward

Fourteen years running operations at fast-growing companies, before building automations for teams like yours.

I'm Pierre. I ran operations and P&L at Alibaba's Lazada, Vestiaire Collective and Indie Campers, building the systems that let a small team do the work of a bigger one. I don't sell software. I build automations that pay for themselves in hours saved, and I speak the language of the people who will use them every day.
